There are only two ending Shub. This train is basically the middle of life and death. Our player was in the same space, between life and death. This train carries souls to afterlife and our player is a human stuck in this train (similar to ghost train plot). In ending one you when you halt the train and get out of the train through the bright flash, you die. In ending two, with the help of the girl, you stop the train looping and the black hair ghost tries to stop you as he keep these poor souls trapped in this looping train not letting them reach afterlife. When you both successfully press the brake, the train stops to the afterlife station as both the siblings are dead. That's the reason why she says its not out time yet and we wake up as we still are human. We even hear an announcement while playing the game and at the end of the game that a accident took place, basically both the siblings were involved in the accident. That's the reason why at the start of the game the small boy who talks with us (who is already dead) and his sister sleeping (who is probably struggling to survive the accident and later dies) when she wakes up in the train and realises the train is looping. That's the reason why the sister does not remember boarding the train.
Do yall remember when the train stopped by itself and someone said "a young woman and a boy got involved in an accident" ? Yea that young woman and boy were naoki and his sister. Thats why she said "i think i know what happened to us" and that's why when naoki asked if we wanna go with him the only option was "No, not yet" and his sister said ur right,its not ur time yet and i think that last scene shows them on the railway track before the accident
nono i think that the boy and girl already died and the op was helping them reach heaven and what she meant by "its not your time yet" was that its not ur time to go to heaven. + the ending scene must have been them in heaven

This is a very tragic story And it goes like this :- 1st Ending :- In this 1st ending your goal is to reach the conductors office where you can stop the train without dying. 2nd Ending :- In this ending you have to find Naoki and her sister and help them to pass to their afterlife and you have to return back into the reality without dying Basically Naoki and her sister died in an accident and you are helping them to pass them to their afterlife or next life.
Ohh then i just want to ask a question if u can answer it's good or either it's fine. 1) So the twins/siblings were already dead in an accident and they are in a limbo(place between life and afterlife) Our main character goes unconscious and goes to the same life and help them to go into the after life right? @@mayur2465 it can be like that both siblings got hit by the train, as the train driver apply the emergency break the main character collapse his head on the floor, the siblings are dead confirm but mc also got transferred in the heavin route train too because there were some chance of his death too but instead of getting died he helped the siblings and get back to his life he cluched his death nd helped the siblings

Games like RDR and elden rings are praised world wide but when we talk about india its nothing ,nowhere seen. These series are great, but not eye catching or attention seeking though. Their story is so immersive. If we call ourselves true bbs fans and comment "legend bbs" on other channels. It wont change a thing. Go and watch those series. I guarantee you u will love it. If you want a good horror type with good story and quality, watch resident evil (specially 8) remake. These are his famous series. But in the midst of this there are series not so popular but really worth watching these are: rdr and elden rings. 33:18 The Idea that she gave to break the loop (got from an anime or something) is from JJK. In JJK season 2 Utahime and mei mei were also trapped in a loop while investigating a haunted cursed place,So Utahime and Mei Mei (after a lot of calculation 😂) got the idea to break the loop by running fast in the opposite direction as the one who created it couldn't maintain the loop in two different directions at faster rate.

For those thinking about what was happening at 10:52. The lights where disappearing due to the rendering method used in the game engine. This occur in games which use SSR [Surface spaced reflections] method. As this method used what is visible in the viewport or the camera and reflects it generally it is very good for performance but in this case when the light is out of the viewport or the field of vision of the camera the reflection or light is not visible as it is not a rendered object. Keep in mind everything you view in viewport is rendered and everything else out of the view is not rendered and is pitch black. There are much more expensive methods like ray tracing which fixes this issue.
As the old man said that who are alredy on the train are not humans means that naoki and his sister were alredy dead and the second ending was the main character just helping them out to afterlife that's why its the happy ending.
The girl ie naoki's sis was talking about Jujutsu kaisen anime. 1st ending: In fist ending, our character gets out of the train and dies as it takes us to afterlife. 2nd ending: In the second ending our character helps them to go to heaven. When the conductor says that a young womn and a boy was involved in the accudent he was talking about naoki and his sister. We were also in between of death ie afterlife and life. When the boy asks that "Do u want to come with us? At that time our only option was No. Not yet and his siter says that "Your time hasn't came yet" that means we survived the economy class syndrome. This is about the game. Its a tragic story.
In 33:17, she talks about the anime and that's Jujutsu Kaisen, in which Utahime and Mei Mei got stuck in a looping mansion and they run really fast in opposite direction so that the mansion takes time to regenerate and create a loop, when they did this, the mansion started to distort and it starts to collapse.
upon overhearing the conductor talking to someone on the phone, he reveals that a young boy and woman were involved in an accident. Upon realizing this, the protagonist realizes that the two people that the conductor was referring to was Naoki and his sister. And that both of them are actually dead and was helping them get into the afterlife. The screen cuts to black again before cutting to the final scene where Naoki and his sister are happily walking on the tracks of the Shinkansen as cherry blossom petals fall around and birds are happily chirping. Showing that the two of them are reunited and are heading to the afterlife together.

Well let's put everything aside for now and lemme explain. Basically because of MC's syndrome (yes, economy class syndrome had 30% to make one die), he literally died making him appear on the train which appears to be the middle part (the centre) basically of both after life and our reality, so while the mc died from the economy class syndrome, the siblings was also happen to die from the train running over them (which is shown in the video after bbs completes the first part of the train and you can hear the bullet train running over somethin, yeah that's their dead bodies of the siblings but this is just my theory) and THAT is exactly why the mc was able to meet them. In the first ending, the mc dies and goes to the afterlife but the siblings prolly got captured by the black hair ghost and in the 2nd ENDING, the mc helps them to reach the after hell and not get stuck in the middle part and as well as saved himself (the mc) from dying. Basically mc had a chance to go to the afterlife or remain in the real world. Btw MC or mc means main character (mc = main character). 14:30 (listen closely) here's the time stamp for the train running over the dead bodies of the siblings (it's just a theory but could be real) and it also says due to an injury afterwards
