Don't get me wrong because I am not a fan of cheaters, but how come Ebuka's wife can forgive him so easily and Ruby's husband can't? Both of them break their commitment and gender shouldn't make a difference. Men shouldn't get away with cheating like it was not a big deal, but when it comes to women, cheating is the biggest crime on earth. This mentality needs to change! Nobody and I repeat NOBODY has the right to cheat on their partner no matter what.
We women don't cheat easily with a man we don't feel a thing for (emotional connection) while men can. However, am not making excuses for a cheat though just pointing out the difference.

Wow! Who else took that betrayal personally?My disappointment in Ebuka was REAL. I thought wow! So easy! So weak! I was disgusted with him and hated that sl_t. That he did a complete 180 was devastating! But who how I loved her revenge! Revenge is a meal best served cold! And it was perfect. Sometimes, you have to become the tiger that chews bones. Loved it! Eddie and Okawa are such superb actors. The nuances were captured, analyzed and delivered BOOM She took no prisoners but surely got her pound of flesh. Also liked the friend who tried to be the conscience for the wayward sl-_t. This movie will take you down in wrenching emotion. The script is great, the direction is great, the actors are great. I;m so glad I chose to watch this movie tonight.
I took it personally. When she walked in his office, I said Oh Eddie. I couldn't believe he couldn't get over the fact that she dumped him. I cried. I hate that her husband didn't forgive her though. She played with fire and got burned very badly.

Sometimes people are placed in the wrong situations. We all make mistakes but, we need to not give in to lust. Love truly prevailed in this movie. I loved the way the wife handled the situation about the husband. It is admirable that the husband confessed his mistake. Very good life lessons for those going threw this situation. Honestly is truly the first step to forgiveness. The ending was beautiful the dream the daughter had actually came to pass at the ending. All the actors, Eddie, Okara, Sandra, Angel, Vivian, Austin and all other actors gave an amazing performance.
Eddie didn't make a mistake in this case, he was wide awake in this. When something happen once and you try not to repeat it ,that's a mistake. When you do something repeatedly and continue pursuing the need to practice the same it's no mistake. He did't confess either, he admitted after being caught.
