STUCK in Paradise.. Big Boat Bottoms Out | Epic Bahamas Fishing Vacation 

Clay, I would love a video that goes through all your rod setups, like style of rods and reel, what they are spooled with (braid,hollow, mono etc) and what lures you use. I see you have a mix between spinning and “regular” reels, and see some feathers on the spinning ones. But as someone who is just getting into fishing offshore with his boat and is buying rod/reels with tackle for mahi, tuna, king and wahoo and bottom rigs as well, it would be awesome to get some great ideas of what other people are using. I’m currently running a Talica 25II with 500 yards of 70lb braid, but as I am looking to buy 2-3 more rods/reels for summer…really curious the most versatile way to set them up.

What a magnificent Bahama trip. The cinematography above and below the water, catching big yellowfin and spearing hogfish… this why you two have earned the top spot in quality Utube channels. Your interaction together is funny and genuine… a beautiful escape to paradise for us all. Never missed one of your videos… never will.

As breathtaking as the scenery is that you capture, I can only imagine how gorgeous it is to actually be there. I'm blow away with every video you two make and can never seem to get enough HAHAHA Absolutely LOVE your channel!

What a great trip and video!

Nice tunas. A couple suggestions to help you out and decrease the chance that you will lose them to sharks. Those 30s aren't gonna work with bigger fish. I recommend you step up to 50s for yellowfin tuna fishing. Also, you should consider using stand up harnesses instead of leaving the rods in rod holders. If you do those two things you will get the fish to the boat MUCH quicker.

Beautiful trip to West End and the beautiful Blue Marlin Cove. When I used to go there we stayed at the Jack Tar resort. It was okay but nothing like Blue Marlin Cove. Love to eat Hogfish.

You two keep giving me ideas of where to take my boat next! If anyone finds my body, it was my wife! Just kidding! She talks a big game, but always loves the adventure! Watching that boat cut through that water from the aerial view is beautiful, the boat and the water! Also love the education you gave on not powering off the bottom Clay. I see this all the time here on the West Coast of Florida, and it's super disheartening because our seagrass is already struggling. All we can do is keep educating! Another great video! I just saw a video on salt strong that suggested if a fish is trailing your topwater best thing to do is to pause and then do a few rapid cranks so that it gives the impression the fish is trying to flee away and it provokes a predatory strike
