Stuck in the Elevator!!!!! 

Strange that the alarm doesn't work. TKs usually have the loudest alarms of any modern elevator.

In my whole 13 years of life, I have not been stuck in a elevator. But thats terrible.

I was on the 5th floor inside of an Schindler elevator inside of a hotel in Boracay, Philippines. While I was choosing the first floor, and the doors automatically shut, the elevator just stayed on the 5th floor for like, 15-30 seconds with me in it! But after that, the elevator started to move back to the first floor. I was almost STUCK inside. But luckily, I was out safely.

WOW! That must have been nerve-wracking for you. Is this the first time you got stuck in an elevator? That's pretty impressive considering how many elevators you've been on. I"m a long time fan.

I hope you reported the broken alarm button when you got out! That’s a problem that has to be addressed Especially since this is a school!

In South Korea you'll never stuck in the elevator :) For 2017, there were totally 635000 elevators and only 711 got stuck

Well, the only problems I experienced with elevators were that the elevator just stopped on the floor, but the doors didn't open. I just needed to help the door in order for it to open. Another time I almost got stuck in one was: I rode it down to the basement floor 1, and the door tried to open. Fortunately, I could take it back up to the ground floor, where I went off and called it from B1. And all it needed was someone trying to open the door from the outside without the elevator being on the floor.

I’ve never seen that coming, lol. 😂

What dose that pump do. Where u mention u could hear the pump from in the lift if u can can u reply to this

Same thing happened to me, I got stuck and the alarm didn’t work. But the phone, however, did work and we go out.

At least you weren’t trapped in an elevator on a sinking ship!

Oh dear, that elevator needs serious maintenance! The alarm not working is probably not up to code - people rely on the alarm to be working as a call for help. Do you know if that elevator was taken out of service afterwards or something?

How ridiculous, the lift doesn’t have a functioning alarm button. How ridiculous. Anyways glad you made it out fine. The only time I have been stuck in an elevator was on a malfunctioning wheelchair lift

OOF, I only got stuck ONCE in an elevator, Ive uploaded it, but i was only stuck for like. - 2 min because someone was there lol

The Alarm Button doesn't work. That's against code!! At least the phone works. It's more important!!

good work jim you were brave man i have watched your videos before so many times and even though i now live in clear lake city texas south of houston and i am in the same city but there some small buildings with elevators by my house in clear lake city area like office towers by me id love you to visit clear lake city texas someday for you to visit my area im not on the bay brook mall side of 45 but im on bay area blvd passing webster tx and i live passing hwy 3 by space center blvd by nasa there could be lots of elevators close to me on the main street close by me witch is bay area blvd and space center blvd are 2 office towers 1 on bay area and 1 on space center blvd and 5 more other buildings i hope you come on down to webster and clear lake city texas area on one ocasion i saw your video about bay brook mall in firendswood tx where i lived when first moved to houston i lived a few seconds passed bay brook mall but now im on the other side of bay brook mall on the clear lake city webster side i know that safety issues can prevent you being free out in public but as long as a firend is with you or your family im at ease for you young and bright elevator photographer stay strong and ill now go and comment on diesel ducys channel and the elevator channel even gluse if i find him even floridian elevators all of you guys who love elevators im with you all my name is antonio hidalgo have a great day jim and visit my area some time
