We have 19 Magna 3 pumps in our facility and we have all kinds of problems with these pumps. From the sensors to water leaks that destroy the windings and electronics. Its an efficient pump but you give back your money you save in efficiency in constant repairs.
Curious, after you cleaned, fixed, did Magna3 continue working with no same issue for the last three years since you had this problem, posted video? Did problem ever came back? Looks like your Magna3 is from 32-xx family. I am planing to get one for my system, trying to understand how reliable they are.
