Bonz was a pioneer of rapping in metal, super influential in nu metal history, nobody quite has a flow like him, plus unlike a lot of rapper/vocalists, he has really good lyric writing skills that are full of great metaphors and nuances that range from things such as military imperialism to pro wrestling, the dude is an all rounder in metal.
Bonz strength was the percussive delivery-- it was very aggressive and gave you stankface. None of his replacements were bad, they had their own sound, but the formula with Bonz resonated with me the hardest.
@@Straitjacket346 I agree, the way he raps sounds more like how a Hardcore vocalist yells, he's like Henry Rollins or even Jamie Jasta but raps. Super unique.
