Well, hello there... I'd like you to meet Anne Upton! She's lost her memory and is stuck on an island in Windenburg where she has to earn RICHES in order to leave. So far, she's completed the first level of the Curator aspiration and bought a canoe so that she can work odd jobs as well as be a full-time gardener.

I love rags to riches. I don't know about official rules, but I am usually okay with the camping items before building a house.

Absolutely!! 💯 There seems to be various rules depending on what you're going for, and a lot of people tend to get a tent and off grid stuff. ❤️

love the idea of the simple backstory that whoever your sim is, they washed up on the shore of the island of windenburg and they have no memory of who they were before so you the player have to figure out their destiny

I believe if you can set your Sims to dislike video games they'll stop playing games on their phone as much when they're bored. You can also have them like gardening to help mitigate them getting bored

When they get hungry, you can harvest fruit or veggies from wild plants and eat them. You can also use them to plant new plants, to have more food to eat and to sell them for money. Fertilize the plants to improve their quality and the produce will earn you more simoleans I believe. Also, if you give them "likes fishing, gardening, or other helpful skills, they can gain fun from it and continue to do it longer. -- nevermind, you mentioned eating the fruit and veggies, I'm sorry, wasn't very far in to the video!!

Have you done the bunker/void challenge? Where you have nothing but a deep basement and put your sim in there to survive?

@@zoefira Not really. Just start with nothing but a way to make money and a garden pot or two to grow food I guess? Like a chair you can knit in and sell what ya make to get started. If you have the pack for that. idk Just something I heard of that sounded interesting.

@@zoefira Kinda like a stoneblock pack in minecraft. I like those. In Sims 3, I play a silent hill town made in the community exchange and roleplay an orphaned teen or something. Is fun.

Hey, I just found your channel. I love R2R gameplay. I just started one on the lighthouse island in Brindleton Bay (I deleted the museum). It's the only lot on the island, apart from a pet cemetary, which is pretty cool at night. You will make lots of pet friends. There's a dock you can take to the harbor, it makes for pretty realistic shipwreck story. I usually start by buying my sim a tent, camping shower, a chair and cooler once I can afford it. Don't get too anxious by the rules - you decide which rules to follow, make it your own and just have fun.

Hi lovely! Wow, that's awesome! I've never thought to use the island in Brindleton Bay! A Sim having an entire island to themselves with a spooky pet cemetery sounds amazing. Thanks for the confidence boost lovely, I was panicking at the start of this challenge but it does seem that most people allow off-the-grid type purchases. ❤

@@zoefira My sim has made so many amazing paintings from "painting by reference" on the Island. Especially in winter, it's beautiful. And, oh yeah, you are definitely allowed off the grid furniture. Otherwise it would be a nightmare (which some people still like, lol). I like to get a woodworking table and have my sim build everything they need. (I recommend LittleMsSam's more woodworks mod). Some people don't mind if their sims use the facilities at the gym, or grab some chips at a bar. Don't look at them as rules... they are more like guidelines, anyway (lol)

@@zoefira I believe she has 2 woodworking mods. One that adds extra furniture that can be built, and another (called reworks) that adds the option to go "chop wood in the forest". Your sim will bring back wood bundles and then it doesn't cost you to build furniture ;)

"General Zoefira" XD sorry couldnt help it. you said the line. I had to do it with your YT name though. also there is a mod called "No Constant Phone" by Lazaruesinashes I use as the contantly using phone dribers me nuts. It was the worst thing they ever did! Also you can go to a gym, unless oyu are playing by that rule you made of not leaving the lot then i would say get the off the grid camping one. that and the cooler nad tent i always use that until my sim can afford to make the house.

Love that! 😂 And thank you soooo much, I'm going to search for that mod right now! It's also really annoying when you want to play like an era type of story (Tudor or Medieval,) so unrealistic to use phones!! And amazing, thank you again as I really feel like I'm cheating lol. I've already recorded the next two parts, but I'm definitely going to get a tent next! 😁
