Very quick bro. Germany has free tuition fee also that is why many people apply and same in Italy. But in Poland easy if only your university have these dorms. If you get admission in public universities in early period for sure you will get admission and dorm. If you apply late it depends on

Hello, I got 65% in my 12th and I want to study in wraclaw University of science and technology. Or other top universities like AGH. Will they accept me ?? Do they accept on the basis of marks? I am really worried

Some also have entrance if you believe you can try at least it will cost very less compared to the admission application charges for Canada or western countries. Try it bro.
