Hi China Admissions! Out of curiosity, what would happen in case someone would be attending a Chinese University while living in China on a student X1/X2 visa but at the same time would like to be self employed in their own foreign based company? Does he/she need to apply for a work visa, would qualify for that work study scheme or it would simply be impossible to combine studing and self employment? Ooorrr...would it be better to open a company in China instead, have a B2B with that original foreign company and employ yourself part time through that newly set up Chinese company? Many thanks! :)
The new policies are crappy and much worse than previously. They are basically designed to stop you from working. In the past, your university could provide you with a permission letter to work off campus anywhere in your municipality for up to 16 hours per week in any company. Much simpler and easier and better pay. This video did not cover the year of study and permission to work, which is relevant, and did not elaborate enough on the salary standards (how much salary is affected by local rates).
@@metalhamster14 alright. I am graduating next year with a degree in medicine. I would like to know if this opportunity is applicable to me, and also how possible and realistic it for an international student to find a job in China.
As a medical professional, your situation will be somewhat different to the average job seeker. I am not aware of professional networks for medical professionals in China. **My advice would be to open an account and develop a profile on both Zhaopin and 51job.**
Hi Savannah! Can you please guide me about Clinical Medicine scholarships in china for Pakistani students? I have 90 percent score in my intermediate school certificate. Looking forward to your reply!
