I was following it all until 8:27, when they cut to an outside shot of a school with an American flag on the flag pole. I realize there are MANY people here from other countries, but everything about this drama indicated it was filmed and took place in a country other than the US.
I would say this video was filmed in Sweden or another Scandinavian country due to their accent and the professor's surname. It really doesn't matter what country though due to this abuse is sadly everywhere! I was very impressed with the acting and was ecstatic when the father realized his son was a monster and needed to be taken out of the picture permanently! If this video had been real life and not a dramatization, how long do you think the victim would have allowed this abuse to continue till she asked for help? Any amount of time is too long! The abusers love the power they feel over the victim and will continue this behavior till the victim says no more or is killed!!!! I think this film should be mandatory for all high school and college students as part of the get acquainted period at the beginning of school to show this behavior will not be tolerated! This video of abuse can be interpreted in not only the abuse from boyfriend/husband on girlfriend/wife, but for bullying as well and neither should be allowed at school, home, or anywhere else!!!

Vielleicht siehst du dir das nochmal an...denn es ist doch ganz offensichtlich....er hat Gewalt auf sie ausgeübt und sie bat Ihre Lehrerin um Hilfe!Da sein Vater der Rektor der Schule war dachte er,er wäre in Sicherheit...doch bei der Probe zum Bühnenstück hat er(Carl)die Tabletten seines Vaters seiner Freundin verabreichen wollen...das hat die Lehrerin verhindert und der Rektor(sein Vater)hat nun gesehen was er für einen Sohn hat....die Lehrerin forderte die Polizei an,die Ihn dann verhaftete! DAMIT BEGINNT DIE HÄUSLICHE GEWALT GEGEN FRAUEN! Man sollte sich nicht nur auf Social Media verlassen sondern versuchen seine Umwelt warzunehmen...dafür muß man aber eine Antenne haben! Luckily i hadcit on silent. Hate that theres music on everything one watches these days. Drives me nuts. Even nature progs have dubbed music so one cant hear the beautiful silence or the birds or the wind or rain! 😢
