Canadian SIM will be received but they will not assign you a mobile number, the number will be provided only after u land in Canada. So you can’t update mobile number information in your CV, while you are in India. This is the issue I face now and no response from the support team.

If you pass dental licensing (ndeb) you'll live an amazing life and will be able afford buying a house too + if you set up something yourself you'll make tons. My cousin is a dentist while his wife is a dental hygienist he makes 150k CAD after taxes ( only been 2 years since his licensing he used to work as a dental assistant for a year) lol and his wife 45 an hour. They got a great life here you both are gonna live good if even one of you can clear ndeb the other can try practicing as a dental hygienist duh.

You get only 15 points for relatives who are citizens. It doesn’t matter you could have 1 relative or one million relatives who are citizens but the points are only 15 not more not less.
