I think both are important to do any activities Firstly I describe day. 1.) Mostly people do our work in day like study, banking service, playing, spend our time with friends etc 2 .) We go to walking in morning 3) ladies go to do any activities in day ☀ 4.) Days are safe compare to night many activities like murder suicide crimes etc happen in night.

In my opinion day and night both are good 👍 Day is made for do work and night is made for rest and sleep 😴. But lot of people work in night they rest in day. And lot of people work in day and they rest in night. Lot of people get some time in night and they do any work and study in peaceful environment. Lot of people work hard in day and they are very tired so they rest in night they don't any work in night. That's why both is good for different types of people.

According to me ,night is good , because at night we all are with our family's and we got some time to spend with our family ,we have a dinner with our family,and our body wants rest so at night we give some time to our body also,and night is also good for study because at night we are alone so the concentration toward study is High ,and at night the charming sound of birds are very attractive ,due to these reasons I love night

I agree with you if you said that night is better ok but Do you know in night if we not sleep at night this is very harmful for our body so many diseases will create in our body According to scientists night is good for sleep if we not sleep at night instead we sleep in morning our body not feeling well and yeah this is really affect our body. So In my opinion I would to say

Days vs night it totally depend on you whether you are a night person or day person, if you habit it of late night walking up then you will definitely enjoy your work but you go to bed early like 11pm or 12am then go for days shift In my case I'm a morning person 🤗❤️ In morning your mind is really fresh and is most productive in early morning hours after it has taken proper rest fresh air and no noise entire day is there for you to meditate on what you learnt your biological system and health also supports this cycle 💗

I think, night is better than day because we work whole day and take some rest at night , night sleep are most important to work on day, otherwise whole day we will sleepy and will not work properly . Night are better because when we are alone when we think some different and planning for work

Day is better than night because day is suitable for everything to our activities like play, to go school and coaching etc. For doing a work in day we gain a lot of time than night.

day or night it's depend on our work .if you enjoy to work at day time so it is comfortable for you. In other hand if you are comfortable to work in night time so night time is best ...BUT According to me we need to work on day time and rest in night time..

According to me, days are better than night. Because school open in day not night. And parents are not allow their children to go outside in night. And in day s shops are open. We can purchase everything. In night shops are not open.
