Great advice. Super important for the intern not to be on their cell phone, to be quiet but attentive, and to do any work required. Be humble, be smart, be present.
I know you need to be professional, but it's 2015! Maybe the engineer should get more credit and respect. A Dj used to be in the lowest of the nightclub foodchain. Now they are the stars of the stars and a engineer needs to be humble in the studio where he does his magic? WTF?!
