It's a great tutorial. Only complain is that the video was shot only from one angle I understand why it have to be like that. But some people might have found that boring. A close up the equipment's and his face would have made it interesting nevertheless I have watched the whole thing and thank you for the tutorial.

I have a small 10 x 10 room. Most photography video tutorial videos on youtube have unrealistic room sizes, with lighting 15-20 feet away from the subject. I was happy to see your video displayed a real world room size with lighting closer to the subject. You've given me hope that I can create a studio even with a small room. Thank you!

Every word was informative with intention to aspiring photographers. The entire video was teacher/student oriented. No fill, no jokes, straight up information without distraction. A true professional sharing and offering his knowledge with an unselfish "let me show you" attitude. A tribute to your skills Sir in making one feel as though their best work lays ahead of them without apprehension. Attention, the supreme gift to the orator, is well deserved.

Excellent tutorial. I'm an amateur nature and wildlife photographer that relies exclusively on natural light. I've been toying with the idea of setting up a small home study to advance my practice and learning. I've reviewed quite a bit of material and found this video incredibly informative and eye-opening. I especially appreciated the detailed setup description and process methodology of systematically introducing additional light sources. The visuals of each stage really anchored the teaching points. Brilliant! Thank you. SUBSCRIBED!

AcademyPhotography We will start with product presentations, small UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies) for home and small office computers. Also some educational "How To" videos on how to best use such equipment. The aim of course is to inspire confidence and show our expertise, thus attracting new customers. So the videos must be of some standard. We are launching our new website soon and will be using factory supplied videos as well as creating our own. With this, our aim is to rank higher in RU-vid and Google searches. Thanks for the interest.

Great video. I am in the process of setting up a home studio and was concerned about space. It looks like I have similar space to what you are using here, so that put my mind at ease. I also totally agree with your take on studio lights vs speed lights. After using both, I find that there is no comparison. While speed lights are more convenient on location, I find that in studio, they pretty much fall short. Anyway, this is the first video of yours I have found and I am looking forward to seeing more.

Antonio the lights are on all the time as they have a cooling fan and a normal lightbulb (modelling light), but when they trigger they are acting like flashes and overpower any existing light in the room. They are 10 times more powerful then a normal light in your house.
