Thank you so much! Yes, it's from Ikea. The drawers come in two sizes and the larger of the two (the one I have) isn't desk height, it comes on casters and is a bit lower. Chris and I removed the casters and added furniture legs that we purchased on Amazon so now it's desk height, just in case you're doing something similar :)

I enjoyed this so much! I’m redoing my art studio. I have an antique cupboard similar to yours that I painted a cream color about 20 years ago. I love it so much!! I’m decorating in the shabby chic style so I’ve been collecting baskets, containers, bottles, old books, linens etc. etc. I’m so excited! I love the way you have yours laid out and decorated! I especially love the old ladder! I’m thinking I need to tell my husband that I need one. Thank you for sharing!

Hello, I greet you from Santiago de Chile. Thank you for showing us your beautiful workspace. When you opened that cupboard it was magical. I would keep the doors open! The white boxes and everything else looks beautiful together. Very neat and organized. I like your style, it is something minimalist but at the same time very warm. Can I mention that in addition to everything beautiful you have beautiful feet? hehehe ... I have to add something that catches my attention ... And I think you should check. Your partner breathes the way a person who is having problems with breathing, maybe overweight or cigarettes, maybe sleep apnea ... EYE! His chest moves in an unusual way. Hugs

I think the thing that impresses me most is the fact that your style is authentically reflected in not only your work and space, but in your personal style, color choices and simplicity. Girl that ain’t so many cords lol I have an entire huge box of cords I put in my garage because I got tired of it in my house. My husband still hasn’t gone through them all. It has transferred through 5 houses over 16 years. 😂😂😂 Must have 12 colaxial cables alone in there. But your studio is very pretty. Love the white. Gives a shabby chic look which is my favorite.

Cherie Ambrosino lol. Bulk trash pickup is in two weeks. Guess where it’s going because I need the space. I just told him literally yesterday bulk trash is October 12-22nd. The garage is being cleared out for my studio space. Go through the box. Lol 😂 Bet he doesn’t and I just throw it out and he won’t even notice till it’s time to move again.

Thanks! No, he's been working on the channel full time for the last 11 months. We do all the planning, prep and filming together. Then Chris does the video animation, graphics, sound editing plus emails and accounting, while I do the artwork, photography and video edits. :)

Shayda, unsure if I already wrote my message for this video, but it bears repeating. This was one of THE nicest tours I've watched on youtube. You keep things so organized, clean white, just...lovely. And I ADORE your well-lit, breezy apartment! We also live in an apt in Denver, but if I gave you a tour, you'd faint! LOL. Painting just bit me one day, & our dining room suddenly become my studio, literal junk room to house all of my goodies. In my other life, I live in YOUR apt, not mine--that would enable me to actually draw a satisfying breath. I've been debating whether to get an iPad. I think the biggest reason would be to use Procreate, which I heard about a few years ago. On the other hand, I'm not sure about the memory. How much did you decide to go with, and do you feel that it's sufficient? Does it handle art well? I've always used Windows, and art makes HUGE files that take up a lot of room. I'm wondering how much you have to put into an iPad for Procreate to be worth it. Thanks! (Any other feedback on the topic from other viewers is welcome.)

I confess that currently I don't really like the decoration with this more Scandinavian footprint because it is a style that has already been explored a lot ... but when I see a workspace so harmonious, simple and full of natural elements like this, honestly, i fall in love again with this interior design ... very beautiful, congratulations !!

You certainly have the touch for making your collectables fit in with your art. The window light is great, of course being PEI light helps as well. I am new to your channel and I am very impressed with your variety and inspiration for all your viewers. Nice that you have been able to go though changes as all artists should do. Here in Manitoba we have lots of inspiration as well and happy to be here during the virus lock down ten months after you did your tour. Best of health to both of you.
