Lily! I really hope this is not to invasive, could I ask you what you price your commission pieces? I struggle so so hard to price my pieces (especially when its people I know,/friends.) I recently made a long granny square cardigan commission and I'm beating myself up over it because I know I undercharged A LOT. I value my time and creativity, but I also feel guilty for making people pay a pretty penny because most people buying crochet pieces don't crochet themselves and don't understand the work that goes into each piece. If you do not feel comfortable answering this, completely understandable! So happy you are doing vlogmas!!

Aw I totally know how you feel and I'm so guilty of undercharging in the past too. Honestly, I still think I undercharge!!! I totally know how you feel friend, I feel guilty charging the prices I do sometimes but something that's helped me is knowing that nobody has to buy anything that I make and that's okay!!! If I tell someone how much it's going to cost and they say they can't swing it I completely understand because I'm totally aware that it is a lot of money to spend, not personal at all! And neither are the prices we charge!! so don't feel guilty lol. I usually base my prices on rough guesses of how long a project will take me based on timed experiments I've done in the past lol, and other pieces that I've sold!!! depending on the garment, I charge anywhere from $70-350 for a commission, and that's a range from tops to a maxi dresses!!
