I gotta say writing down the orders on the special note is pretty smart and thoughtful. A great way to tell your customers that you do care about their orders and giving them a chance to look over them easily.

This is super helpful! In order to open your website/etsy store did you have to register your business and everything beforehand? I'm in the process of researching how I can open my own online stationery shop but that's the piece I'm confused about.
