Girl I 100% feel the pain of laptop heavy days. I was completing ITT through lockdown and became so ill from looking at a screen all day everyday! I did however hack it very quickly: on your laptop turn off the blue light setting. Then grab yourself a pair of blue light glasses from amazon for about £10/20 and you will feel the difference immediately!
