you inspire me always thank you!! Can you please share how you started in your parent's dining room? What were you selling back then? Were you ordering in bulk or using a marketplace/platform/dropshipping before you got into this. Because I know it costs money to order inventory and to get your stuff made somwhere else. You most definitely didn't do that right away. But since you mentioned u were working in your parent's dining room, what were u selling back then? and did u already have a shopify store or selling in a marketplace? Were u selling sweatshirts already? How did you build your social media accounts?

I for sure would prefer the product visible, boxes gone upfront vs having to stop and do it each time (I just know I'd get messy/not do it asap). Cool to see the behind scenes of a launch I grabbed day one! Wearing my sweatpants now and always keep my migraine caps on deck. And yes, we need the bows in a tee! Too perfect for spring/summer.

With regards to migraines, they occur due to dysregulation of vasodilation and vasoconstriction… because our brain doesn’t exactly have pain receptors, the pain is due to pressure in blood vessels in the brain. To remedy this or to at least reduce the problem I would suggest focusing on an omega 3 and omega 6 ratio near 1:1 which scientists have known about since 1929. From a ratio near 1:1 the body can make cannabis-like fats called endocannabinoids which are what regulate our blood vessels and essentially everything in your body. This is also why we have runner’s high when we exercise because movement is damaging to a certain extent and these fats are what regulate body temp, inflammation, pain, stress, healing, immune system and so much more… You are likely experiencing clinical endocannabinoid deficiency (CECD). You are likely over consuming omega-6 in western diet, and deficient in omega-3s which then causes the body to have CECD overtime at random because endocannabinoids (fat like lipids) are made on demand, not stored. So it is crucial to not over consume omega-6 which pushes inflammation and dysregulates your arteries. For more resources check out inflammation life on fb or change space to dot for freepdf

Beside leather and turning pens, I am a practicing Hypnotist and my core focus (meaning nothing else) is clearing subconscious trauma. I posted this in another group. June is Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Awareness Month. In keeping with that, here is a question. What is the source of PTSD? It is a reaction driven by your subconscious. Your subconscious is the source of emotion, intuition and instinct. It will generate anxiety, procrastination, addiction, fight/flight/freeze/flop responses and more. What drives these responses are subconscious programs generally developed and cemented during our formative years from 0-8 and a little bit more by the age 14. Subconscious programs are the software of your brain. A subconscious program is a belief or narrative about an event tied to an emotion. Most PTSD that I run into during my therapy with clients is eventually discovered as a response to something from childhood, and in a small percentage are events that may have happened during adulthood (wartime, etc). So what are those programs running that generally cause PTSD? They are maladaptive programs based on the 5 types of subconscious trauma. I am not good enough I do not belong I cannot get what I want or do not deserve when I get it. I do not feel safe or secure or feel that things will fall apart. Trapped rage/resentment/anger. The key to a happy and joyful life is to rewire the subconscious program so that you unconditionally love yourself to the core with no resistance or doubt and knowing to your core you are good enough, you belong (at least to yourself), knowing you can get what you want with no resistance, feeling safe and secure and angry at no person or thing. Super-NeuroPlasticity is the key to change your subconscious programs.

So I don’t watch shark tank. Can someone explain to me why successful small businesses would want to go on that show? Is it just for a one time mass expansion of their brand?

Why do you rarely have anything 3x or above in stock? Please stop marketing yourself as all inclusive and that you don't upcharge for larger sizes. Yes, you don't bec you don't stock them like you do in the smaller sizes. This gives off big chain retailer misleading vibes. I have seen people question you about it in your lives, and you avoid it. Once a bigger influencer catches on and exposes it, it's going to hurt your business. There's always an excuse in your chats from Moderators. This isn't just recently this has been an issue for months.

I am enjoying watching your success and growth. One little change that would make this more enjoyable for me would be to be careful about the references of disability when "labeling yourself". Some of the disabilities that you are referencing are real for people and nothing to take lightly (OCD, ADD etc.) Sorry I had to share this.
