So sorry you are still having issues with this! The idea of having your name on the back of the pins you design is a great one, additionally having your branding on all your ornaments as well may be something to think about as well just in case
I think it is a step I need to do as and when I can from now on, just for extra protection! Thankfully I did add Dellies Designs to the back of all my Christmas ornaments as I knew some where being gifted 🥰 thank you lovely xx
I don't mind chatty vlogs at all. I too sometimes get more inspired when I'm sitting on the sofa with my iPad and procreate. My studio can some times feel stuffy. I'm so sorry you're finding more of your design being stolen! I just ran into the same issue back in December. My question is, since it was fan art that I had drawn (I've took it off my shop in Oct) but when I told the person that her version looks A LOT like mine, down to dotting the i and crossing the t. She asked me if I had copyrights to it and it got me to thinking about having a copyright on all my other designs that are my original pieces. How do you prove you own the rights to your designs? I think it's often because we are wrapped up all comfy, rather then the pressure of sitting at a desk! My bestseller design came from sitting on the sofa and chatting to my husband ahaha 🥰 We have automatic copyright laws in England that mean if you can prove and item is yours, it is protected! It all gets very confusing after that and you can pay per design for extra protection which I am going to look into more. I just don't want to have to pay for every design I create, you know! So sorry I can't help you more lovely, it's just a minefield 🙃 xxx

I did art at GCSE level so I was around 14/15 years old! Honestly it put me off and I didn't pick up art again until around 5 and a half years ago! I have some chronic health conditions and I really wanted to do something that looked after myself while bringing in what money I could and this is that 🥰 An art business was never my life goal nor something I worked towards initially but I'm so glad I'm here! I will have been running Dellies Designs for 5 years at the end of Jan 🥰
what weight is the card you have new? I'm sorry you're still struggling with rip-offs. Maybe put a little note on your listings saying often copied but never matched Dellie's Designs' or the original and best pin of this design. And I can't see the patreon link on your YT links
