I have a 3 year BA degree my HSC CGPA it’s 2.83

Toh jaao university.

Both are good. University courses are typically longer (2 years or more), while colleges have even 1 year courses. And then you can even choose two 1 year courses which ever you want to learn and still get 3 years work permit after graduation. Also colleges have slightly lesser fees.
