In a recent global study, researchers at HeartMath Institute, along with collaborators in Lithuania, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand and England, set out to confirm whether people's heart rhythms can synchronize with the rhythms in the resonant frequencies of the Earth’s magnetic fields. Did you know that you can consistently and permanently increase you heart resonance by reducing your inner emotional conflicts. The most basic thing that creates disharmony in the heart and then in life is conflict. Remember that love does not admit conflict. Since conflicts exist at the subconscious level, just radiating love is going to be limited in power by your inner conflicts. However, as you reduce your conflicts and dissolve the associated emotional charge, which is stuck energy, you effectively increase your vibration and begin to resonate with not only the earth frequencies, but also with truth itself, allowing you to tremendously increase your emotional intelligence, intuition and other abilities. The cause of an emotional conflict is a traumatic or unpleasant perception whose emotional charge automatically generates a perception of conflict; so, an unreleased emotional charge always contains a conflict charge as well as a traumatic charge, resulting in a traumatic stress charge. The conflict charge in a perception of conflict is experienced as a problem or disagreement and produces stress and or a feeling of resistance, while the traumatic charge in a traumatic perception is experienced as something unpleasant or outright traumatic and produces emotional pain or discomfort. To reduce a traumatic perception or a perception of conflict, all you have to do is identify and feel that perception, feeling it as deeply as possible and if necessary repeatedly, in order to obtain the autonomic release of emotional charge. To maximize the release, you may also intensify the sensations you get when feeling a perception. Note that since the traumatic perception in an emotional conflict is what causes the associated conflict charge, you usually need to reduce the conflict charge before you can fully access and reduce the causal traumatic charge, and so you may alternate between reducing perceptions of conflict and the traumatic perception causing the conflict, until all the charge is released and you feel complete and at peace. An autonomic release is a spontaneous expression of the autonomic nervous system that releases emotional charge through spontaneous mental, somatic and physiological expressions; physiological expressions include sweating, heating up, subtle visceral movements or sensations, such as a small change in breathing rhythm; somatic expressions include body movements and non-verbal sounds, such as crying, screaming, growning, etc.; and mental expressions include realizations and feeling liberated and complete.

@@miles-levoit Reducing conflicts is much more effective than EFT, and it's more to the point, meaning it addresses directly the real cause of stress, which is an inner conflict and hence a perception of conflict, together with a lack of awareness of that perception, since its conflict charge is released as soon as you look at that perception and feel it as is, discovering the truth of how you really feel. In short, in contrast with conflict reduction, EFT does not address directly the real cause of stress, so the healing is partial and superficial (I've tried it), while conflict reduction is not even a method because it's just feeling you sensations of conflict, which are feelings you already have but are not aware of. So, the choice is yours whether you feel your perceptions of conflict or not.

@@miles-levoit Also consider that EFT does not empower you because you tap and passively feel your feelings, which helps a bit but does not get to the core feelings. In contrast, reducing conflicts, which is not even a method, empowers you because all you do is deliberately identify and feel specific perceptions of conflict, which as many other perceptions called primary perceptions occur at the semiconscious level. This is the same with a traumatic perception; when you feel one squarely as is, some or all of its traumatic charge is released, but when is left unfelf or partially felt its traumatic charge may cause emotional pain and discomfort as well as stress, because a traumatic (or bothersome) perception is what causes an emotional conflict, and conflict is what causes stress.

@@miles-levoit In other words, what causes stress and emotional pain or discomfort is an emotional conflict, and a conflict is a perception of conflict caused by a perception of trauma or possible trauma, which I call a traumatic perception. These perceptions occur for the most part at the semiconscious level. By deliberately feeling a perception of conflict you reduce stress, and by deliberately feeling a traumatic perception you reduce emotional pain and discomfort. It couldn't be more simple.

​@@vacaloca5575 That's factually incorrect. EFT can and should address the emotional charge of the conflict when done correctly. I don't know what you did, but it was not proper EFT. It's best to book a session with a practitioner, or course, or get a good book, on RU-vid are too many superficial tutorials.
