*IMPORTANT: I FORGOT TO ADD SOMETHING IN THE VIDEO. This is very important for a bachelors degree. If you want to study any subject in Austria and you're from a non EU/EEA country, you need to be enrolled or accepted in the same subject in your home country. For example to study Computer Science in Austria, you have to be enrolled for Computer Science at a university in your country or at least to be accepted to study at university in your country. They need this proof to see you have successfully passed the University Enrollment Eligibility Examination.
Not a thumb rule, You can also apply without offer letter from local university. FH Upper Austria, FH Kärnten and Salzburg doesn't have any requirements like this. I also had email correspondence with couple of universities regarding their document requirements and they did not mentioned any such thing.

I completed my bachelor of social work (3 years degree) in 2019 with 56% in aggregate from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and I scored 68 overall not less than 66 in PTE. For Pakistan, full diplomatic legalization is required for documents.
