You can be generic in that case. You can talk about the overall Finland's education system. And it is pretty natural that a student might like more than one university, right? And for programs, it goes the same way, as we can assume that you will still be applying in relevant fields not two contradictory fields. Good luck!

The admission and scholarship is not only dependent on CGPA. It depends on your motivational letter, relevant background, job experience, IELTS score

No you don't need any attestation from PEC. You need to attest your degree and transcript from HEC

I think you can apply if you are getting your full transcript during the application period. But check it with the university requirements regarding the degree submission.

Please check from university requirements. Some universities only ask for scanned copies to be uploaded during the application process so then you don't need copies to be scanned, I mean originals attestation would work but some do ask to send the copies as mail so then you might need to get the copies attested as well.

Finland is known for IT and engineering related programs and scholarships. I am afraid that you might not find any medicine related studies here without having command of the Finnish language. Check studyinfo.fi if there is anything!

To some extent it could matter but overall your admission is not only dependent on cgpa. It is more dependent on your motivational letter, IELTS score and relevant job experience if any.

It is not mandatory. HEC attestation is required!

To my knowledge it is rarely accepted. I would recommend you to send an email to the admission office of the university you are applying to and confirm it from them. Mostly IELTS, TOEFL, PTE Academic are acceptable in most of the universities in Finland!

First of all it depends how much is the fee and in which city you are living. Rough estimate: you can earn around 1500 euros per month (1500*12=18000 euros per year) while working part-time (30 hours per week is allowed). The tax won't be much on this income but still some part of it will be deducted. Your monthly living expense could be around 500-600 euros (600*12=7200 euros per year) Say you are getting 15000 euros per year then: 15000 - 7200 = 7800 So, if your fee is around 7000 per year then you can manage it while working part-time. Again it is a rough estimate, the numbers might vary but not much! Otherwise if the fee is more than this amount then it will be difficult and at some point impossible to cover (for example if you have to pay 15000 or 18000 per year)

You will have good chances to get a scholarship. Maybe the PTE score could have been better but you can cover it up from an experience letter or a recommendation letter.

You have to transfer the amount from your sponsor to your own account. You can't only show the money in your sponsor's account. They have to send money into your account and then you have to show the bank statement of your sponsor and your own.
