But due to the increase in the number of refugees & students, coupled with the economic slow down; now it may take more time to get part-time jobs not just in Latvia but all across Europe. But students are still able to find it. This is a temporary situation will be changed soon.

The overall QS Ranking 2025 of RTU is 721. So its generally a good option. But if you are a career aspirational students, you should research the subject wise ranking of your field in RTU/any university. Moreover, you should prepare well to participate in the ERASMUS student exchange programs particularly to universities in your favorite European countries. Build an awesome profile alongside the program duration and improvise on job search to get good jobs and there by settlement.
