hey love, I've lost my dad too around this time of year when I was 15 going on 16. My advice is take it one step at a time and allow yourself to mourn and take days to rest and think of the good times together. It's never easy losing a closed loved one especially it's your own parent. I'm here for you if you ever need to talk.

I am a medical student as well and it’s really hard to study that many things. 😭 but during my study breaks I watch your RU-vid and it gives me motivation. I admire the focus, dedication and commitment of the desire for a career and such. It's not a career path that many attempt to tackle or succeed in completing. As for the title of being an introvert, I find it surprising, as over the years while, I've watched a number of uploads from the high school graduation, college days and now, I'm seen the friendships and family, which is pretty normal for most people with family & friends. I think reserved or cautious, but from videos, you share so much of personality with the viewers, that I think it's more normal than most what the introverts that I've known growing up over the years. From what I see, is a normal confident and warm person that is focused on completing what they choose. Pretty healthy & normal that will make a great doctor one day.

When I was in Law School years ago, one critical element for survival was "mental stamina". Having good sleep, good food, good discipline and good relationships were all essential to the development and maintaining of that "mental stamina". Those who didn't have it "crashed and burned" very early on. Being "smart" was the easy part. Everybody there was smart. That was no longer an advantage.
