Hey there, first of all get well soon,, if you want to do your syllabus fastly then , i would recommend, Zakir sir's lec but if you want it to be one shot yet effective then spp channel, sachin sir's one shot lec , every topic according to ncert , in ncert lang ... ,, after doing these you can do ncert ques and if you couldn't maintain the discipline by yourself, then while watching the lec of solving complete ncert intext and back exercise que you do that with them ,,, But above everything is your health, dear , if I actually say , not of constant 3 months but had definitely wasted my own 10-15 days every month, there's still more time left to actually prepare well without any pressure...

Don't worry dear you still have one month for pre-boards and 3 months for boards, First complete you syllabus as fast as you can so that at least you'll have the idea what the ch is about, and for completing fastly, watch one shots , for phy - Zakir sir's one shot from class12 by unacademy channel, for chem - Bharat panchal sir from unacademy, for maths to understand concept, nexa classes , give at least 10 days to complete physics and chem syllabus,,, after completing syllabus just do sample papers as many as you can at least 10 , as it'll cover conceptual, numerical, derivation etc .. and also hardly recommended by my teachers... For pre-boards and for boards - pyq's and sample paper and learn derivations, formulas , rxn and tests... You'll definitely score good grades

I can give you complete tips as a cbse student as im not preparing for jee ,, so if that suits you ... So i would start with the completion of syllabus as to know what the ch is all about, watch one shot lec --> for phy - arvind academy keep your ncert with you and few sheets and make notes in ncert book only and few extra things in those loose sheets,,, For chem - one shot lec of Kelvin channel, and make proper notes for this subject For maths watch nexa classes introduction video and solve the ncert bec for maths , ncert is the only thing to score good in every exams of school,,, And after completing all the syllabus, and ncert que at least one time , solve simple level que from sl Arora for phy and, from pradeep for chem and redo ncert in maths , Acc to what I've experienced, in one of the school exams , when I took pradeep serious in chem i scored good grades,,, do these things and when any exams comes near ,, just do ncert once again,,, your good to survive class11 and if you didn't procrastinated like I used to then you can actually score really good grades.. And to keep your derivation revised make a separate notebook for that and time to time keep a check on that , and for chem rxn's while doing ncert que whatever rxn comes in your way , just write it somewhere visible everytime and keep testing yourself that if you remembererd that rxn or not ... Hope it'll help you a little

Hey there, in that case first you should know class 11 goc ch really well, take some time in watching lec of goc and make proper notes and while doing it's ncert que, write it's all the points to remember like rxn, tests etc .. in a place where you could have a look atleast once in a day ,,, and test yourself time to time , of random one or 2 rxn and then come to 12 th grade chem and do exactly the same,,, but to do this all you need is time and discipline....
