I was also hesitating for awhile before I started this channel too. Then one day, I realized that I was never going to feel completely ready, so I just picked up the camera and started filming anyway. After that, I actually made several videos before I started uploading. It let me focus on learning how to film and edit without the pressure of getting views. I know it can be intimidating to create something and put it out there for others to see. Before I made this channel, I had a decent TikTok art channel where I actually went LIVE to draw and talk to people. The first time I went LIVE, my heart almost beat out of my chest! What helped a lot with the nervousness was to tell myself that "everyone will die someday, no one will remember this" 😂 That worked magic for me, so I started apply it to whenever I had to do something that takes me out of my comfort zone. When you figure out the topic for your channel, make sure to have fun. A RU-vid channel takes a lot of work and time. If you decide to do it, it will be something you can potentially do for years to come. It's hard to do something over a long period of time if you don't enjoy the process. This reply if getting way longer than I intended lol, but just one more thing! It helps to have realistic expectation. When I uploaded my first video, I got practically no view. Took me 10 days to get my first subscriber. But I wasn't discouraged because I already expected that, so I kept posting anyways. My channel is still new and small. The views are nothing compared to big channels but it's ok. I learned to not compare my chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 30. I hope this helps! Aw thanks for taking the time to reply to me, I’m always super anxious so it’s hard for me to step out of my comfort zone sometimes. I just recently started a social media account and I’m already getting cold feet about posting, the internet is a scary place and I guess it’s hard for me to see the positive in some things but if there’s a chance for me to positively impact others in some ways I have to try somehow. I guess that’s the way I see it lol. Your channel helps me see the positives of living life and is gives a really nice sense of relief from all of the noise of the world to me seeing you live simply. It kinda gives me hope for the future lol so I guess I’ll just keep getting stronger till I have enough courage to post anything lol. My dream one day is to be able to share my journey and show people the positives of life. I remember in one of you’re videos you said how this watching videos like yours helped you through a hard time and your videos have done so the same for me so thanks. I’m thinking of being a travel nurse so maybe I’ll post videos of that in the future. I’ve always wanted to travel to different places and countries but I’ve been struggling lately getting myself out there but I have hope that I’ll get there one day

I think you have a great idea for your channel! I have friends who are travel nurses actually, and they've told me quite a bit about it.
