Today is a day in the life of a distance uni student with a day off work. A study vlog if you will as the intentions were to get ahead on uni work. I have a little media-related side project I’m working on at the moment and had to do some work on that and had a rather long meeting for that today. To take a little study break and make use of the bananas that ripened on me way too fast I made some banana chocolate chip muffins that turned out delicious the recipe is linked below. This video is definitely not my best editing job but I wanted to get it up and out there for you guys. As I mentioned in the video I’m also struggling with motivation right now as I have some fairly major personal stuff going on right now. But I hope everyone is staying safe and having a good time in the lead-up till Christmas. Not long to go now.
