Your experience in Uganda makes me feel so validated lol. I live in Nigeria and I get so frustrated about not being able to be as productive as I’d like because of all these little things outside of my control - no power, no internet, no water (sometimes!). I can finally stop gaslighting myself, there’s actually a real impact on your mental stability and work when you’re constantly trying to just get basic things done lol

It's so important to cherish your daily life! That makes up most of our days, so it's necessary to feel comfortable being with oneself and to care for one's own good. Very nice vlog, I'd love to see more of the positive selfcare! Even when you're super busy!
