I use this to help me fall asleep. I wish I could use it for study too but I can’t since my parents banned me from kpop so the whole stanning thing is a secret and can’t be done with my mom always in the room when I do school, but being someone with really bad insomnia- this helps me sleep so thank you☺️✨
