Being in lockdown/quarantine can be frustrating for many of us, but I hope this video helps you to get started! In this video, I will be revising for 1 hour to prepare for my finals. Hope you're also safe and doing well!! At the beginning I struggled because there seems like we have just so much time at home and there's no physical classes/travelling to mark the passing of time? Plus I tend to get easily distracted x-P But two strategies that has helped me a lot recently is to (1) switch to another subject if I'm losing focus (so I don't feel like giving up altogether), and to (2) text a friend about what I'm going to complete in that day (to help keep me accountable). Hope this helps! x-)

hiii!! i'm currently entering my second year of university, but previously i did the IB when I was in high school!! hmm as for tips to study... keep studying regularly - and if you need to memorize stuff, use anki (it's a free applet tt's helped me thru a lot hahah)! and last but not least study based on the learning outcomes. I did a more comprehensive vid on this in my channel, check it out if you'd like to, but i hope my tips here help~

i suffer from scoliosis , what kind of chair do you use? it's amost impossible to mantain and straight posture like yours, thus it kinda demotivates me to take notes and study properly :(

Oh mans!! My chair is actlly frm ikea!! i have issues w posture too and though this chair isn’t a specialised “ergonomic” chair, i actually found that it supports my lower back rlly well and i haven’t had major issues for abt a year? :”D the model is called “örfjäll” if you’re interested!! I think thr’s a kid and adult version, i thinkkk mine is the kid’s one as i felt it fit me better, but not sure if I rmbed wrongly!! You can try it out and see if it helps ✌🏻

Finally a normal study time ! 12 hours is absurd also more than 3 hours is too long. Your brain dont get the informatie after that long time. You better do 2 hours every day and repeat it.
