Studying for ham tests with HamStudy - It's easy!!! 

found your channel a couple of months ago. I am visually impaired and currently studying for my technicians ticket and I found this video to be extremely helpful. I also have my gmrs license and have been diving into that hobby a little bit before I get my feet wet on the amateur radio side. keep up the good work and I appreciate everything you've done to try to get new people into ham radio and make things easier

Yes, I liked your video. Everybody has a different style of studying. I bought all 3 of ARRL Manual's (Tech-General-Extra) and downloaded HRE-Technician and HRE-General on my IPad for practice testing. I would read thru each section and take the practice tests. I wouldn't worry to much about getting the wrong answers on the section I hadn't got to yet. I would make sure I was getting 90 or better on the section I was studying or previously studied before proceeding to the next section. By the time I got to the end of both Tech and General manuals I was ready to take my test. I took my test at the Ham Club in my county. I missed one question on Tech, and one question on General. I just applied to be a VE. I am going to start studying for my Extra in the coming days. One side bar, on my testing day, I sat next to a 9 year old young lady, poor think failed her test, I thing it was nerves. Her grandfather, told me she came back a couple of weeks later and passed with flying colors.
