I hope that you find this video useful! If you have any further Qs, just let me know. And if you do decide to study at IIN, I'm soooooo excited for you! 💙
Would you recommand a book on holistic nutrition (english or frensh)? I fear I won't take the time to make courses but I am really interrested in this topic
@@duchesse7713 Hmmm... it's tricky to think of a book that covers EVERYTHING like IIN does. You have lots of books that speak almost exclusively about nutrition, and then other ones that are more lifestyle-y + recipes. Here's a link to some of my fave books: veggiemagnifique.com/books/ Oh, and come to think of it, the guy who started IIN does have a book on the market: amzn.to/33tXWJ3 that I think I read in the beginning of my studies, though the book cover has been altered a bit so I'm not entirely sure. Just remember that reading one book is WHOLE lot different than following a year-long course. Hope that helps.💙
@@channingparker2692 I understand your nerves! I would do the sample class and check out the curriculum (above) to see if you think it's for you! For me, it was the best decision ever. Hope that helps. 💙
I started the health life coaching program last month with IIN...I totally love it!!! and Im grateful because they have the program in Spanish too :) My graduación will be in August🙌
Your video was very informative and straight to the point. Thank you very much for the pros and cons of this IIN. I might really consider doing the course. I am highly interested in holistic nutrition. The whole spectrum. The part about them coaching you about business also is what really drew me in. Something I definitely need help with.
So glad that you found this video helpful. That makes my day! And YES! The business coaching was so helpful - that was one of my favorite parts. Sending you all the best.
"Hi! just wanted to say how much I appreciate the amazing content you provide in your videos. Your insights into holistic nutrition are incredibly inspiring and informative. I'm planning to pursue a diploma or associate degree in holistic nutrition after high school, and I was wondering if you could recommend any institutes or colleges that would be the best fit for this path. Thanks a lot for all you do!"
Hi there! All I can speak to is my amazing experience at IIN. I would suggest you call the admissions and speak with them about the options for you. It *really* helps to speak with a person. Let them know that Ann Christine sent you and I'm sure they will take care of you! Best of luck to you, and I'm so sure that you're going to make a big difference in this world! 💕

Hi, I am interested on studying at INN. Do they teach how to manage when people are taking pharmaceutical pills or having several illnesses? What supplements to avoid or provide? Or is it basically based on diets? Thanks a lot!!
I greatly appreciate your input on IIN. I am considering the cert now. I have a question; if I've been self engaged with nutrition and living a healthy and active lifestyle for, damn, well over ten years, how much time will I need to spend each week in study? There is a tremendous difference between 6mo and a year! Thanks VM
You glad you enjoyed the video. I would say it's less about you knowing a lot about nutrition, and more about your study skills. At the time when I did the course, I did a year, and it took me about four hours a week. Hope this helps and hope you end up studying at IIN!
I did it on my iPad for the bigger screen because at the time you couldn't do it on a computer. I'd always opt for a larger screen myself, but you have to go with what works for you! Hope that helps!
8:46 Great informative video, but this is where you lost me, calling any dietary regime that is not vegan “dubious”. Or that you wouldn’t necessarily adhere to it if you had a client whose dietary regime includes animal products..which I find odd because in the beginning you note bio individuality. This implies that you understand there's no one-size-fits-all approach to health and nutrition. Hopefully i’m misunderstanding you here, but otherwise I enjoyed the video, with the exception being that comment. We’re all unique in our biological makeup and requirements - there is space for all.
Hi Lizzie! After completion of the course, you are indeed a health coach, with a certificate, and you can totally work as a health coach. (Midway through the course you get a preliminary certificate that actually you allows you to start working if you so choose.) After you finish the course, there are other certifications that you can apply for (and pay for.) Hope this helps!
Hi Stephanie! Yes! As I stated in the description box, this is an affiliate link. It's a wonderful way for me to promote something I stand behind, and introduce the program to people who might not otherwise have heard of the program, and I get a small percentage! It has been a wonderful partnership!
Hi there! So glad you love Jane Eyre. It was one of my favorite books that I read in all of high school -- if not my favorite. So, there are many things wrong with bone broth, but I'll invite you not to take my word for it! Here's some reading on the topic, based on science. - Concerns about bone broth: nutritionfacts.org/2018/12/06/concerns-about-bone-broth/ - Lead contamination in bone broth: nutritionfacts.org/video/lead-contamination-bone-broth/ And thanks for saying that my content is refreshing! Though, apparently, that comment got deleted. All the best to you.
@@janeEyreAddict Bone Broth is good for you if you get it from grass-fed cows. Bone broth made a vast improvement in my life. Vegans think eating like a gerbil is good for your health. Don't listen to her meat is optimal for the human diet.
You become a health coach and have clients. IIN recommends doing a 6-month program, where you would have twice monthly coaching sessions. Your clients would pay you for the coaching program. During the training they talk all about pricing and marketing and how to go about this. Hope this helps!
