@@sensegroveif you're fluent in arabic, you can basically go where you want. if you need to learn arabic, then madinat nasr (cairo) is a hotspot for that.
I just found your channel and I've been in Egypt for the past 9 months, everything u said is accurateee. And Abassia is the most draining and stressful place where u have to return numerous times because nothing ever rlly gets done on the day. Once I had to return there 3 times in one day because of an issue with my visa so its gr8 that you're doing these services for newcomers allahumabarik.
Don't forget the ongoing Libyan civil strife to the West of Egypt also....Just be like this brother, and dont present y'self as a lick for the starving street scavengers ... I recommend the following places to visit, Siwa + Sinai + Nubia and the Sahel, but i strongly advise against Cairo unfortunately... Sinai is mentioned in the Quran 12x ... which is more than "Misr" or Egypt...Its bedouin population of only 30,000 people maintain their nomadic way of life, and enjoy semi-autonomy over the entire Sinai...True Arabian warrior tribes and yet their humility is the source of their ferocity ... (I believe "Misr" is derived from the Biblical "Mitsrael" who is the brother of Israel if I'm not mistaken)

Egypt is Islam's N1 country in the world. I went to many Islamic countries, The best Islamic country with the best scholars and teachers of Islam is Egypt! Moreover, most of the people there are Quran and prayers savers.
Egypt is not an "Islamic" country. We have many Churches and Temples, unlike certain Arab/Gulf countries. Egypt has around 20 million Christians making up around 20% of the population. Some cities and/or governorates in Egypt are split around 50% Christian and 50% Muslim. If you live in Islamic Cairo / Islamic sections of Cairo your perspective will be greatly warped, misguided, and false.

This is very interesting akhi. Losing everything is what’s happening to me right now. Now I haven’t been outside of the US since 2008 and that year I went to Hajj and may ALLAh accept it from me. Ameen! I lost my apartment, I’m living in my car which is taking a toll on my health, and I don’t even own the vehicle because I’m renting through the Uber rental fraud program is what I call it. Uber is a complete POS which you can’t make a decent income from it anymore. Now I don’t understand what is going on. I’m hoping I’m can either come to Egypt to study and get closer to Allah or move to Makkah or Medina. I am confused and very upset because I’m not making it where I’m living in this corrupt fraudulent town called Las Vegas, NV aka “Sin City” which I hate with a passion. I’m completely broke and I don’t know what to do anymore. All I do is try my best but that hasn’t worked well for me at all. I would like to hear other’s opinion on what you think and give me some good advice on how to manage the situation. Please!

@@partyfavors9238would not living in other stare be more easier than LA, I advise u to try to live in a Muslim and Arab majority city like Dearborn , if you like to keep still living in the US, and travelling for studying in Egypt is a good choice too if you have a few savings,uber in Egypt is a making you good income
General FYI, apartments and homes are deliberately designed such that direct sunlight does not enter your dwelling. Direct sun can heat up an apartment too much, and during the hottest parts of the year, it would make your place very uncomfortable and drive up your utilities cost.
I'm Egyptian and and I feel really sorry and sad for what my country has become , but a video like this that tells me my country that is long known for it's love and warmness towards strangers still can give someone there some comfort and hope 😢 it feels really good. Thank you.

@@abomoaaz7245 what is the problem with that? You want everything very cheap but broken roads and trains ? They literally just reallocated the money from subsidising for everything to be used in other places, everything has been subsidized for 50 years, where did it get us? Not to mention that even with the current devaluation, Egypt is much cheaper than the majority of the world. People need to stop being dependent, I'd rather have good roads and telecommunications to be able to work online and get world wide investment, plus every thing is literally the same if you compare prices to what they were in USD.

Salaam bro... putting the war to the side, I heard Egypt is getting worse for Muslim brothers. You are targeted for having a beard, you cant sit in the masjid after salah, brothers who go to study Islam are harassed by police and arrested/deported even though they have valid Visa. I remember when Egypt was once a go to place in 2011 before the revolution. Idk if Egypt is the go to place to learn Arabic/Quran anymore. Its sad

Just subscribed after coming across this. Been thinking for a while to taking a leap of faith. Issue is I have three children; 2,5,7. Can you advise of schooling etc? Main focus is to come for seeking knowledge, learning language and memorizing Quran. Main hold back is the children and their schooling. Thinking it’s expensive.

Well with the way things are now in Palestine a lot of people aren’t happy but I don’t think anyone would harm you. I haven’t seen Orthodox Jews in Egypt but if you’re coming for good reasons put your trust in god and travel. No one hate Jews the issue people have is with Zionism.
