Hey guys!!✨
Finding a place in Rome to live can be really tough!
Whether you study at La Sapienza for 3 years like me or you just want to do an exchange year at the University of Rome, this is the video that is hopefully going to shed a little light into the darkness of house hunting!!
This video is specifically for students that go to La Sapienza and I know that there are a lot of other universities in Rome but in this video I only focused on the 1.University of Rome because I personally know a lot more about it :)
I hope that this is going to be helpful for anyone who is trying to find a room in Rome!
Also let me know if you want to see more videos like this or if you are more interested in my "a week in my life as a student at la Sapienza" vlogs!
Good luck!!
xx
Miriam

Hey :) I think anywhere close to Villa Borghese & piazza del Popolo sounds good, otherwise you can check out the historical center - I lived there for a while and definitely felt very safe due to many tourists and also there is police presence near to the important sights and everything (:

Hi, I will be going on exchange to Sapienza University of Rome this September until February next year. I would like to ask if renting an apartment at Via Prenestina, 80 is safe, and which area of Rome does this location belong to? Thank you!!!!!!!
@miriamrosee

Heyyy I'd say it belongs to Pigneto. I've actually never been there so I can't really say anything about it - it is very close to San Lorenzo and San Giovanni though so I'd say its not bad :)

Hey Miriam, thanks for this video! Do you have friends or contact who can help me find a room? I think it’s so difficult, I’m scared to get scammed all the time 🙈

Hey, one question does house rent includes water, electricity, bills etc or they are surplus?
@miriamrosee
@miriamrosee 8 месяцев назад
Hey! :) for the most part 350-450 euro should cover your rent if you move to a not that expensive neighborhood. You have to obviously add things like Wi-Fi, water and electricity to that which will usually be around 50-80 euro maximum depending on how many people you share the place with. I hope this helped :)
