My assumption is that the fireworks malfunctioned. Generally, Firework boats anchor themselves prior to starting a show, and often have a firefighter boat on standby. Since the ship was both moving, and the accompanying boat was not visible next to it, I will assume that the timer messed up and started firing shots, and the driver wasn't made aware and continued sailing under the bridge.

i don't blame delivery people being afraid of unknown dogs since there are some dangerous dogs like the big dog destroying the glass door and running towards the delivery guy that appears on daily dose, but of course no one wants to have something delivered being broken or something because the delivery person was too afraid when unnecessary.

When you see somebody in a large, suspended net at work that's safety equipment working as intended from what I know. The person would eventually be recued according to rescue procedures. I have a tiny bit of familiarity due to my dad working at a grain cleaning plant where such equipment is used.

Whenever I see videos of people recording security camera footage from their phone, I always assume it's after the fact and nobody was seriously hurt. Because why else would you be recording a video.... of something that's already being recorded, rather than just... using/sharing the original footage? Especially if the person recording is narrating what's happening like they've already seen the footage and have either A) dealt with whatever happened, or B) is actively dealing with it, doesn't think it's a pressing situation, and finds it funny enough to share. Like that one with the delivery guy and this phone, that video reads to me as: We've already handled the nonserious situation, are looking back to see what happened/ how it happened, and find it funny.

Wood boards are surprisingly strong. I punched one like that guy and I knew better than to keep going. I did crack it though. I think it was 2 inches thick. Also I'm surprised by the lack of agency so many people have with their dogs. My dog only stopped instantly running after stuff because every time I stopped him. I'm not the best trainer but I can at least keep him out of the sights of animal control. Which a sad fate I fear some of these dogs meeting.
