This is how I make stuffed cherry peppers with prosciutto and provolone cheese marinated in white vinegar and mix of olive oil grape seed oil and canola oil , there is not a lot of information on how to can these tasty morsels but I have a system that tastes just like the ones you buy in the store , after submerging mine in oil I refrigerate them for up to two months , if you have knowledge of how to put them up with out refrigeration please post in the comment section , thanks much!!! , thumbs up and subscriptions always a appreciated!!!
