My mouth is watering every time I watch you cook! It reminds me of my mom's kitchen. My father taught her how to cook Italian food. My wife does a very good job cooking Italian, a fine Irish Lass she is! Thanks for another great how-to! Take care!
NOTHING MAKES ME HAPPIER THAN SEEING THE SMILE ON PASQUALE'S FACE...LOVE ALL HIS RECIPES...I'VE BEEN WATCHING HIM FOR YEARS....HE COOKS WITH SIMPLICITY AND GREAT INGREDIENTS....NICE SHORT RECIPES.....SOME CHEFS MAKE LONG VIDEOS...THERES NO REASON FOR THAT....ALL PASQUALE'S VIDEO'S ARE SHORT AND TO THE POINT.....BRAVO PASQUALE AND FAMILY FOR TREATING US TO THESE RECIPES.....
These are so good my neighbor gave me some ,what i liked was when you slice them you get meat and pepper in every bite .She made them with ground beef and a little rice ,but I think I like the sausage idea ❤
@@OrsaraRecipes I'm doing the sausage infact I'm going to show my neighbor your video .Funny she grew them and they were small not big like yours it took a lot of work stuffing those little ones 😂 Love everything you make
So, I have got to tell you, Sr. Pascuale, that every time I watch you cook, I get happier and happier. I have not made this dish yet, but I will. I did make a stuffed pepper dish tonight, using orange and yellow peppers: I stuffed them halfway with rice mixed with herbs, cooked lentils, and onions, and then, I filled them up all the way with cooked tomatoes and mozzarella mixed with other Italian cheeses and baked them for about 1/2 hour. Oh, since I did not have sour cream, I put a big scoop of Neufchatel cream cheese into the tops of each pepper. I served them as the vegetable dish next to nicely roasted chicken thighs with a garlic sauce. YOU HAVE MADE ME SO HAPPY IN MY KITCHEN! I LOVE MAKING YOUR DISHES AND I ALSO EXPERIMENT WITH SOME OF YOUR RECIPES, especially if I do not have all the right ingredients. I AM HAVING FUN! And you are the MAGICIAN IN THE KITCHEN who makes me try new dishes! Chin! Chin!
Just found him. I was searching for how to dry oregano. His video was the first that came up. 😊. Which got my attention. So I went to his page. Needless to say I am now subscribed and following. Thank you , I love your channel! Hope to learn more.
Beautiful recipe, I love peppers, green and red especially roasted. I'm going to make this but I'll use non spicy sausage and no chili flakes. I don't see these long peppers around here often though but as soon as they appear in the shops, this recipe is a definite.
I wonder if these would go well on the grill maybe on a sheet of foil? We are growing lots of peppers this year, so I hope to have some to cook like this!
I made your Fussili with sun dried tomato and sausage, excellent! Tonight I’m going to substitute the sausage with ground beef. Next up, I can’t wait to make the stuffed peppers with sausage. Pasquale you are the best!
Reminds me so much as my grandpa I miss him so much my to-go Italian recipe dishes are definitely from I am cudos2u I love your personality you're amazing good wholesome kind-hearted and excellent cook funny guy to you and your family all the way from Pennsylvania
Yummy Pasquale ❤ "A sausage stuffed with a pepper" 😂 What else was in the oven, I kept trying to open the door wider and pull it out !!! Salute..Cin Cin 🍷
I had left over stuffing so I cut some jalapenos lengthwise and placed the stuffing on each half and baked them. I will post a short video showing those soon too. cin cin🍷
I love watching your cooking shows, I've tried a few recipes, if I can make a suggestion, the apron over the shirt, the apron hides letters and makes a new word...
@@OrsaraRecipes Thank you for replying to me. I love your videos. I love rewatching the video where you made tomato sauce. You cut and boil your tomatoes over a fire. I want to try this recipe now.
Imagine an Iron Chef competition with Papa Pasquale and Jaques Pepin versus Gordon Ramsay and Bobby Flay. The two youngsters would be left in the dirt! 😂
I had left over stuffing so I cut some jalapenos lengthwise and placed the stuffing on each half and baked them. I will post a short video showing those soon too. cin cin🍷
Looks delicious! I love how all your recipes (just like my moms) are very basic with not a lot of ingredients. I’m always shocked when I read other cooks recipe’s with a giant list of ingredients! Less is more. 👍
Chef Pasquale I made these peppers today. They were a big hit!! Thank you so much!! Very easy recipe to follow!! My maternal grandparents are from Lesina Foggia !!!! Salute Cin Cin!!!!!
Every recipe I've tried so far from you comes out PERFETTO!! 👏🏻👏🏻 I cannot wait to try this recipe today. Thank you Pasquale for all your amazing recipes and videos. I look forward to the next one. Salute! Cin Cin! 🥂🍷🍾
My dad made both of those ,the same way , u said. ur the first person to talk bout cabbage leaves that way ,it brought back memories 😊. I want to try Pasquale, I've never heard of his type of pepper but I'm betting anahiem r really close if not the same I really like this guy , he's hilarious and a really good cook
Hi Pasquale! Could you tell me the name of that pepper. I want to plant some in my garden if I can find the right seeds. Thank you so much and I have made many of your recipes . Your an awesome COOK!!
I did a search on those and found one I like even better. The top is left on and the pepper is cut in half to make a boat. The sausage is put in and mozzarella is put on top. The mozzarella browns and looks so good. By the way, the peppers are called cubanelle.
Hello! TFS this wonderful recipe for stuffed Italian frying peppers! I have some Anaheim peppers and some Italian sausage I can use. I can't wait to get cooking!
I have stomach issues and cannot have hot spice. I wonder how the consistency would be if I just used the sweet sausage, salt, pepper, parsley and the mozzarella and substitute onion for the garlic. But leave out the salsa and pepper flakes. I always love to watch chef Pasquale cook! No 'oh yea baby' with this dish I see!
Looks delicious! Mangia! After turning mine I like to add some DelGrosso’s Pepperoni flavored Italian sauce to cover them and finish like you did in the oven. Thank you, love your channel sir!
I say this every video, Pasquale is the best Italian chef on you tube ,this is a great recipe. I can't find those peppers so I will use Pablano peppers, God Bless everyone
