Honey is probably a little more healthy butt I use brown sugar also. I also add cinnamon to my baked sweet potato..

Pork chops and sweet taters are a fave of mine. I've stuffed with chopped apple but I love applesauce so not a far stretch. I've not tried stuffing with cheese. I bet it's good.😊
