When I make it to Costco I buy a large pork loin, usually very cheap, and cut it into pork chops and small roasts.
Knowing I was wanting to make this stuffed pork chop video I cut some chops a little bigger than I normally would. This is a new recipe for me so bear with me.
I really like to feature what is fresh and new from the garden each spring and last year I made chicken cutlets with onion chive gravy. This year I wanted to try something new. I know blue cheese is a very unique flavour but you can substitute another cheese (like Swiss).
If you give this a try let me know what you think as this is a new recipe for me. We really like it but maybe my family is just starving....JK....
