Hello dear ones! Today another tasty recipe with tomatoes! I collected so many of them in my father's garden that I thought I'd use them to make the Sardinian focaccia that I proposed yesterday (if you haven't seen it yet you can find it by clicking here👉www.youtube.com/ watch?v=J_F0RVwSJgc&t=20s) than the classic and delicious recipe for STUFFED TOMATOES. The nice thing about this recipe is that the stuffed tomatoes left to cool are even better. So you can prepare them in advance because they keep well for a couple of days in the fridge.

6 medium-sized ripe, firm tomatoes
150 g of bread
5-6 basil leaves
a sprig of parsley
1 clove of garlic
20 almonds
40 g of parmesan
20 g of capers
3-4 anchovies in oil
bread crumbs
salt
pepper
extra virgin olive oil
