For the 4th question the best way to do is set eqn. equal to each other 0.36x²+0.63x+1.17=a(4x²+7x+13) 0.36x²+0.63x+1.17=4ax²+7ax+13a Compare; O.36x²=4ax² 0.36=4a 0.36/4=a a=0.09
0.36xˆ2 + . . . = a(4xˆ2 + . . .) means when you distribute “a” to 4 you must get 0.36 therefore a = 0.36 / 4. It’s a “difficult/complicated” distributive property/mult./division problem only because of the decimals. Not that it helps much but you could use the 0.63 & 7 or the 1.17 & 13
Ur vids are super helpful! I have a question, im going into 8th grade but its a private school so im getting a test before hand, what kinda test are they most likely to give me??
Every private school is a little different, but probably just a placement test to determine how much math you already know and what class would be right for you
