JP is the name of the police department that shot him , Jefferson parish New Orleans. For those of you not from Louisiana yall call it counties well in Louisiana we have parishes. He was saying JP ( Jefferson parish ) police shot him which is New Orleans on the West of New Orleans . West Bank to be exact .
