Still adore this song - must listen to it at least once a week. Lyrics are phenomenal. Love the nod to "look for a woman" song line n all. All their albums were amazing.
People always complain how lesac v pip beats "drown out" the vocals, but I find you guys find a good balance. Most artists make sure the vocals are the forefront of the track, where it seems that you guys want to give equal focus on both halves. I like that. Keep doing what you do best.

Honestly. This song has always stuck out to me in a particular way. So amazingly creative. I’m not particularly a fan of this type of music, but I’m in love with this and have been since it was released! Just sucks that Scroob doesn’t produce/make music anymore.

man this song really sums up the last year of my life... It trips me out big time that your music really connects to my soul like nothing ever has and you inspire me to get better....and guess what I am doing it, I just got 30 days sober and am feeling somehow happy again...this last year has been one long hell ride I am so glad I made it out alive... Please know you have touched my heart and if I had not heard this song I may not have pulled out in time. Listened to this song for over 10 years. I originally didn't get it but my GF at the time obsessed over it. There are a few layers to it and naturally they're all related to emotional maturity :p

That's what I love about Dan Le Sac he just makes load's of random beat's none similar to any previous song's always experimenting, yet another good track Scroob!
I haven't heard a bad song by him, but this is a standout! I like how he genuinely generates warmth toward the masses. Its a good way to go through life believing the best in people. I'll always do that, and ignore all evidence to the contrary. Positivity is always the best way to go!
I agree. I have liked his music since I first heard him. My introduction song was "Introdiction" which I heard on xFM. I have him to thank for introducing me to a whole new genre of music when he had a show on, the then brilliant, xFM called the "The Beatdown". I tuned into it every show. I was sad when it ended.
Having found these two years ago and since then listening to everrry song and buying every album, including the solo's. I can say that the beat, is a good as ever. Dan and Pip complimenting each other perfectly, the beat fits the darker side to this song. Both Dan and Pip did an excellent job on this, man.
I only ever got to see these two live twice, once when they headlined two thousand trees festival and another time when they did an instore performance/signing at spillers records in Cardiff for this album. Great song.

You are truly talented, to the point of making this metal head experience emotions I haven't thought possible since first discovering H.P Lovecraft, or Poe. Sends chills down my neck every time. Honestly? I really like that line. He tends to mix the anger with down to earth wit and language that isn't trying to be too clever-clever. It's a good balance. I like the fact that it's kind of a back handed compliment. Made me laugh anyway.
