Beautiful home but fire the camera person both my wife and I were starting to feel sick the way they kept swinging the camera around. Just do a simple walk through and get on with it .
Excellent camera work for having to walk around that whole place.. good pace, good visual panning! You looked around as if I would have done for my self.
Fantastic, gorgeous home. I adore everything about it and can imagine living here with my daughter. She would have her own apartment in the same house, complete with her own washer and dryer! My one dislike is the numerous showers and lack of bathtubs. That aside though, the primary bedroom is dreamy with that wonderful water view. 9 out of 10.
It is gorgeous but way more than I would ever want for myself. Well designed and decorated. You would need an army of staff to keep it this beautiful and clean. Guess it takes the salaries of today's CEO's of large corporations to own and upkeep this home.
Holy crap. I would get lost in that place..lol. I would be more than happy in that above garage apartment. It's actually nice than what I have now. Morning Coffee on that upstairs balcony.
The thought of the upkeep and maintenance is a total nightmare to me. It is like a prison of cleaning, massive yard work, etc. Even if you had staff to do it, who even wants that headache to deal with. My dream home is small, new, with a pretty view, no close neighbors, and freedom. This screams the opposite and brings on anxiety. The difference in what people like/want is all across the board.
ThankYou For A Wonderful Tour , A Gorgeous Home Absolute ✝️✨🕊Everything Is Very Well Organized Designer, Contractor, “GOD IS GOOD “ THAT HE IS AMEN “ ✝️✨🕊
Money is not a problem for rich people. They can afford to upkeep their own property. They hire housekeeping. I used to work for a cleaning company for many years, so I trust it can be done. It's a lot to cover, but I look at it as job security for housekeeping. If I had their money, hell yeah, I'd live lavishly too. You only live once, so why not go all out?
i really LOVE THE VIEW & surrounding , but walls after walls & narrow hallways made it to dark, tight & crowded, not into the lay out at all , i like to be open it up with large floor to celling rapped around windows take out all that hallways & walls to walls & doors to doors out , let the views & lights comes throw from BIG tall windows from everywhere, make it airy & light up the house ...anyway not fan of this!
I quit watching the video immediately when I saw how close the other house was to this one. If I'm going to pay that kind of money, I don't want to have my neighbor knowing and hearing everything I say and do.
I’d gladly be housekeeper, landscaper, cook (calling me a chef would be a stretch) and laundry lady to live in the guest house. Oh and year round security too!! Lol. Beautiful place!
Beautiful house. I like the colors. I only saw one bathtub. Everyone is not always in a hurry. A long soaking bath is necessary sometimes. I don’t see the owner’s suite being shared when a guest or live in family wants to take a bath.
Nice tour and beautiful property, but you really have to invest in a camera. The amount of distortion and rolling shutter of your cell in a basic gimbal is terrible. We are not talking about Marques Brownlee's level, some used mirrorless camera and good gimbal will do.
My dream home also....I need a single level and lessen the square footage to slightly less than 10,000 square feet.....I love the colors and the stone on the exterior.....
