People are complaining about how this house isn’t worth a mill. Well, you have to base it off of the area, supplies and the housing market! Real estate isn’t cheap these days, and we are in an inflation!
The powder room toilet faces the kitchen and living room. IDK weird set up. Better hope that water heater doesn't leak on those beautiful hardwood floors. An unfinished walk-in in the owners' suite. A big gas bill heating on open-concept. Only stackable W/D.
Too close to the street traffic, noise. Rooms and closets are too small, the pantry closet is larger than the closet in the rooms. No privacy, anyone can walk up to your property without being announced. No media room, bonus room is so tiny. No pool😮 this!!! 1,375,000.00 OH NO!!!! FOR 4 BEDROOMS!!! THE PROPERTIES ARE TO CLOSE TOGETHER!!! it will be empty for awhile!
Definitely not worth 1 million, I wouldn’t pay over $750,000.00 for this. This is a shotgun house which means, you can see straight thru from the front door to the back door.
@geraldos9094 there's no such thing as a 150k house in Alpharetta Ga. You're paying for the location as well. What state do you live in because most states, this house would easily for go 2 mill. It's 100% not a 250k home. That's a fact.
What a weird designed home. From the small secondary bedrooms to the Primary suite, was it just me or did anyone notice a closet wasnt built in. That little room with the chair in, is too tight for a closet. The whole top floors view is basically the roof to the bottom floor when you look out. Those cars driving so fast on the street, I said nope for kids. Also the backyard, why put the grill smack dead in the middle of the backyard. Lol. Should be to the side, allow more grass space for sports activities or such 👀.
This is another comment about the price of this house. Any house where I can sit in my kitchen and see street traffic, I’m not paying $1,375,000.00 for it. There is no Foyer, the Laundry Room is in a peculiar location, the kitchen is small and the outdoor living space looks out of place. I don’t care for the floor plan and last of all, there is no mud room. I understand that location has a lot to do with it, price of materials and such. Considering all that I think this house is overpriced.
Why do y’all always show houses in places where black people don’t live? Alpharetta isn’t a nice place for black people. Show more houses and neighborhoods on the south and east.
