He's right about kids not paying attention but more than them its people walking while on their fucking phones and not paying attention to their surroundings. Nearly hit a women that started to cross the road while watching her phone recently and she never even checked for cars... best part is when she looks up and gives me a funny look as if I'm the one in the wrong xD.

I could be wrong, but rarely am. Considering that guy that bailed on his bike around 5:20, when the kid tried running across the crosswalk, may actually be at fault. Cause if he had a green light, that should've ment, cross traffic had a red light, which in turn shouldve made that crosswalk good to walk, so vehicles making a right hand turn, shouldve yielded to pedestrians. Am I wrong on this assumption, or did I miss something?
