I see you know what you’re talking about. The common misconception is that Minecraft (which I’m going to spell as mc to save space) is a copy of terraria (which same thing I did with mc I’m now calling terraria t) but mc and t were in development at the same time so now we have both a 2d builder and platformer and a 3d platformer,what did we do to deserve this?

I feel like Minecraft has grown such a big name for itself that it’s practically it’s own game instead of “the ultimate fan game” imo

Recently I’ve tried a different mc like game called muck and it’s a fun game but it doesn’t feel like mc and I feel like mc,ok mc let’s think about mc for a second,it is listed as a 3D (three dimensional),sandbox,multiplayer,survival game and there are many games marked as the same and I think to myself”why is Minecraft so different” and I don’t know I’ll leave you with this,it’s a weird fun block game that probably shouldn’t have succeeded yet it did and that’s pretty cool that a game(an Indy game for that matter)practically made a new kind of game,that in my opinion is pretty cool.

@@lublinswidnik yeah fr, they have a looot of differents mechanics and mobs that weren't in minecraft, like bears. Thanks to the UWP platform, i still own and can play the game on pc, but i still didn't managed to get some time to re play it.

Same! I just purely like to build stuff and that was a great free option for me as well. I built a 5-storey complex in it, saved it, and rebuilt it once or twice in other areas. Also made a train line. I also enjoyed the music, even though it’s slightly repetitive. The only negative was the troublesome block refilling.
