Keep that dirt coming Mark! Love em. I told myself a few years ago to try the stupid tube down here on Lanier for spots, but pushed it aside for the Ned. Since Lanier is so pressured, I’m sure not many people throwing a tube down here for spots. I need to resurrect that idea, and give it a shot. Ha ha

I like the stupid tube but I hate having to take the hook off every time I change my tube so I switched to the Trokar TK190 tube hook and they are awesome!

My all time favorite bait. Caught tons of fish on it. Never tried it weedless like that. I think that will work great for me. Have to get me some of those hooks.

Dude, I've been fishing the Stupid Tube rig for about 6 years and it kicks Bass. I need it in our lakes in Southern New England because of all the cover. It rarely gets hung -up. Get some of those jig heads and You'll be glad you did.

I do something similar but use a tube on a swimbait hook. Spring screw in the head and then it's belly weighted. Give a much different look for them

Z-train how well do you think this would work on a large mouth lake that has stem grass in it? Your thought and you need to do a walk through on those giants hanging on the wall. Great job as always keep it up.

How effective would this tube setup be in a flowing River? I’m going to be hunt’n smallmouth in the Columbia River I. Washington this late July/August, will this tube setup work in a different body of water like a River?
